Volunteer Registration Acknowledgment
By registering as a volunteer for the OBAP Annual Conference, you acknowledge that the discounted volunteer registration rate is reserved for individuals who complete their assigned volunteer shifts. Volunteers who fail to fulfill their selected shifts will be invoiced for the difference between the volunteer rate and the standard conference registration fee.

By proceeding with registration, you agree to these terms.

Terms & Conditions

By signing up as a volunteer for the 2026 OBAP Annual Conference, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You must be a paid, registered conference attendee (Basic or All-Access registration) to secure your volunteer slot and access your volunteer discount.

2. Volunteers who are not registered for the conference by July 15, 2026, will forfeit their volunteer slot and any associated discounts.

3. You agree to complete the volunteer shifts you have selected.

4. You must volunteer for a minimum of two 4 hour shifts or a total of 8 volunteer hours.

5. If you are unable to fulfill your volunteer duties, you will notify the volunteer team as soon as possible to ensure coverage.

6. By registering as a volunteer for the OBAP Annual Conference, you acknowledge that the discounted volunteer registration rate is reserved for individuals who complete their assigned volunteer shifts. Volunteers who fail to fulfill their selected shifts will be invoiced for the difference between the volunteer rate and the standard conference registration fee.
