The OBAP Scholarship Team is seeking a new Director to oversee the OBAP Scholarship Program. The duties include the following:

• Develop policies & procedures regarding OBAP scholarship processes that align with OBAP goals and mission.
• Propose and implement donor management strategies and assess industry trends to determine the best mix of scholarship opportunities.
• Manage program annual budget and communicate reporting to OBAP Programs leadership.
• Manage and communicate key program indicators and operational strategy performance to OBAP Programs leadership.
• Manage all operational factors of team implementation, scholarship processes, and evaluation.
• Engage with all OBAP Programs to facilitate scholarship opportunities and execution of OBAP goals.
• Manage all scholarship-related communication tools and team engagement.
• Evaluate scholarship applications and conduct panel interviews to assess applicants for scholarship opportunities.
• Serve as program liaison for OBAP Programs events (virtual/live) and participate in OBAP leadership meetings/conferences.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create and implement engagement tools and resources related to scholarship opportunities.
