Oversee the academy students' & volunteers' recruitment and registration.
Address crisis management, discipline, and troubleshooting issues related to students and/or volunteers.
Assist in determining supply and equipment needs and in ordering/purchasing.
Support and supervise instructors in organizing, implementing, decision-making and troubleshooting.
Maintain a positive team atmosphere that includes students, families, parents, and volunteers.
Schedule, supervise, and evaluate ACE volunteers, including instructors, and vendors, providing support and disciplinary measures when necessary.
Assist in the evaluation of the academy itself, as well as the experience for youth participants.
Supervise daily check-in and check-out of all students & volunteers.
Supervise and direct all staff and volunteers assigned to work with the ACE academy program to lead group activities and other volunteer duties.
