* Assist the Director with managing the APIS Regional Liaisons, The Outreach Coordinators, Educators and volunteers 

*Assist to recruit, train, engage volunteers, mentors and speakers

*Assist with managing the APIS operating policies, program schedules, day to day operations

*Assist with managing events, requests in portal, creating new opportunities/events, SWAG, reporting, marketing and communication.

* Assist with  APIS Team calls, Leadership/Organization events and trainings

*Assist with managing and growth of partnerships with schools, organizations and companies

*Assist with Monthly OBAP virtual coordination across the nation; collect and share impact stories, 

*Attend Annual conference and volunteer with Youth Day and other volunteer positions

*Must have positive attitude and be a team player
