By signing up as a volunteer for the 2025 OBAP Annual Conference, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You must be a paid, registered conference attendee (Basic or All-Access registration) to secure your volunteer slot and access your volunteer discount.

2. Volunteers who are not registered for the conference by June 15, 2025, will forfeit their volunteer slot and any associated discounts.

3. You agree to complete the volunteer shifts you have selected.

4. If you are unable to fulfill your volunteer duties, you will notify the volunteer team as soon as possible to ensure coverage.
